We rented a unit and we were so impressed. The entire facility is so clean, having the garage to pull into when it was raining or so hot was a real plus as it was air conditioned as was the entire building. Having their large moving truck available and at a very discounted price was one of the reasons we decided to rent a unit. We would highly recommend anyone needing a storage unit to check it out. Also Jack and Maria who work in the front office were so friendly and helpful.

This is more like a luxury hotel for storage. The facility is spotless, well lit, safe and accessible. There are readily available carts and bins for transport, a drive-in loading dock, and convenient elevators. Exterior security key pads at entrance and exit create greater feeling of safety. I saved the best part for last–the staff. Friendly, attentive, eager to help, and please. If they provided a nice mattress and complimentary breakfast I’d stay there for a staycation!
Overall nice facility, but that aside it’s the people that are the experience.

I needed space w/electricity for a motorcycle. Maria stuck with me through the journey presenting various options and coordinating the timing of availability until I was able to get the perfect space.
I called many storage spaces and Maria and team were the only one’s that constantly followed up with me! Simply the best…I can’t recommend enough!
Hollow Tree is the best storage company that I conducted business with and trust me I had dealt with many on a personal and professional level. They knew I had to get back to the West Coast immediately in the midst of the pandemic . The team was so helpful with securing a space, setting up payments and even giving me a discount on my year lease. The online payments were smooth and they help locate a moving company when I needed to transport my belongings back to the West Coast. The customer service is A+. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Absolutely the best! From the very 1st impression, the team of Maria, JoAnna and Jack in customer service greet you warmly, are informative, friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The Facility is always so clean, plenty of dollies and carts to move whatever your storage needs may be. The Hertz and Wood brothers (owners) also top notch. Hollow Tree Self Storage is a facility without compare, so happy I chose to rent here and highly recommend to all I know!! Wish I could give 10 ⭐️⭐️
“We had been using U Haul Storage for the past year, and while our experience there was ok…it sure was not great…as the facility is old, poorly lit, and moving equipment limited. When we saw that Hollow Tree Storage was just opened, we met with the management for a tour and pricing. Maria (the Manager) could not have been nicer- even one of the owners joined us on the tour to help expalin finishing touches they were working on. The facility is fantastic- state of the art, immaculate, extremely well lit, and easy to access. Pricing was very fair and competitive so we took an unit. What was a great added perk was that they loaned us a large moving truck for a couple of hours for free (you pay gas used). When we arrived back with our belongings, the staff was so helpful in providing us multiple carts, hand truck, bins, etc. to unload onto and move to our designated unit. They even offered to help my wife and I! Needless to say, we highly recommend Hollow Tree Storage- a first class operation!”
